AISkillWalaAutomation ka matlab: jo kaam roz ek hi tareeke se hota hai, use computer ko saunp dena. Har automation ka ek dhaancha hota hai: jab ye ho (trigger) → tab ye karo (action). Pehle ye pehchano ki tumhare ya kisi business ke kaunse kaam automate karne layak hain.
1Trigger → action
- Jab form bhara jaaye → tab thank-you email jaaye.
- Jab roz shaam 8 baje ho → tab aaj ki enquiries ka summary owner ko jaaye.
- Jab invoice ka email aaye → tab "Bills" label lage aur Drive mein save ho.
- Jab stock 10 se kam ho → tab cell laal ho jaaye.
Har automation ko is ek line mein likh sako, tabhi banao.
2Kya automate karein
Achhe candidate:
- Roz/hafte mein dohraata hai
- Har baar ek hi niyam (agar ye, toh woh)
- Time leta hai aur galti hoti hai (copy-paste)
Abhi mat karo:
- Har baar alag faisla chahiye (insaan ki samajh)
- Kabhi kabhi hota hai
- Galti ka nuksaan bada ho (paisa bhejna) aur tum abhi naye ho
3Time audit
Ek hafte apne (ya kisi business ke) kaam note karo:
- Template sheet mein har dohraaya kaam likho: kya, kitni baar, kitna time.
- Har kaam ke aage trigger → action line likho (agar ban sake).
- Hafte ka kul time nikaalo aur top 3 chuno.
- Ye top 3 is course mein automate honge.
Example: Maan lo: coaching ka roz ka ek ghanta
Maan lo ek coaching mein receptionist roz enquiry ke calls ek register mein likhti, phir sabko "thank you" message bhejti, phir shaam ko malik ko ginti batati. Time audit mein ye roz lagbhag 1 ghanta nikla. Form + Sheet + auto email + shaam ka summary se ye kaam 10 minute ka ho gaya, aur koi enquiry chhooti nahi.

- Pehle tool chunna, phir kaam dhundhna.
- Har faisle wale kaam ko automate karna.
- Paisa bhejne jaise risky kaam pehle automate karna.

Automation means handing a task that is done the same way every day to a computer. Every automation has one structure: when this happens (trigger) → do this (action). First, spot which of your own or a business's tasks are worth automating.
1Trigger → action
- When a form is submitted → then send a thank-you email.
- When it is 8 p.m. every day → then send the owner a summary of today's enquiries.
- When an invoice email arrives → then add a "Bills" label and save it to Drive.
- When stock falls below 10 → then turn the cell red.
Build an automation only when you can write it in this one line.
2What to automate
Good candidates:
- Repeats daily/weekly
- The same rule every time (if this, then that)
- Takes time and causes mistakes (copy-paste)
Not yet:
- Needs a different decision every time (human judgement)
- Happens only occasionally
- A mistake would be costly (sending money) and you are new
3A time audit
For one week, note your own (or a business's) tasks:
- In the template sheet, write every repeated task: what, how often, how long.
- Next to each task, write a trigger → action line (if possible).
- Add up the weekly time and pick the top 3.
- These top 3 will be automated in this course.
Example: Say: an hour a day at a coaching centre
Say a receptionist at a coaching centre wrote enquiry calls into a register every day, then sent everyone a "thank you" message, then told the owner the count in the evening. The time audit showed this took about 1 hour a day. With a Form + Sheet + automatic email + an evening summary, it became a 10-minute job, and no enquiry was missed.
Common mistakes
- Choosing a tool first, then looking for tasks.
- Automating tasks that need judgement.
- Automating risky tasks like sending money first.
