About us

AISkillWala helps people in India learn useful AI tools in simple Hinglish or English and use them in real work: in a job, a shop, studies, teaching or freelancing. You answer a few easy questions and get a personal AI learning kit: the right tools, a 16-week learning plan, step-by-step courses with practice tasks, an Excel kit, a 30-day challenge and a certificate you can share.

What you get

• Hand-written courses in Hinglish and English, from AI basics and prompts to Excel, SEO, ads, AI images, video and voice, apps, freelancing and money safety.
• An "how to earn from this" guide in every course, with honest beginner price ranges.
• A free AI tools directory and a free prompt library, open to everyone.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise clear lessons, practice that builds real skill, and straight answers. We do not promise a job, a salary or any income: results depend on your effort, your city and the market. We never use fake reviews, fake countdowns or fake numbers.

Questions about your kit, a payment, your account or this page? Write to us; we aim to reply within 2 working days.

We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card number or password on a call or message. If someone does, it is not us: report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Account: your mobile number (to log you in with a WhatsApp code) and, if you add it, your name (printed on certificates).
• Your answers and choices: test answers, your field (student, job, shop and so on), your learning plan and progress, quiz scores and the 30-day challenge.
• What you type to the AI: questions to the AI tutor and mentor are saved so you can see the conversation. Practice-lab prompts are sent to the AI to get an answer and are not stored by us.
• Payments: the order id, amount, date and status. Razorpay handles the payment itself; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Basic counts: daily totals such as visits and sign-ups by link source, with no personal data in them.

Why we use it

To log you in, build and show your kit and learning plan, save your progress, issue certificates, answer your AI questions, confirm payments, give support and keep the service safe (for example, limiting repeated tries). If you tick the box, we also send learning reminders on WhatsApp; you can stop them any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the platform, and only what each one needs: Razorpay (payments), Anthropic (the AI that answers your tutor, mentor and lab questions), Meta's WhatsApp Business platform (login codes and reminders you asked for), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (domain and email) and Google Fonts (the site's fonts). Lesson videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and storage

We use one login cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your language and test progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account we erase your data, except payment records, which tax law requires us to keep.

Your rights

• See and correct your data in the app (Account), or ask us for a copy.
• Delete everything any time from Account → Delete my data, or by writing to us.
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp reminders any time.
• Complain to our grievance officer (below) and, if not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The service is meant for people 18 and older. Learners under 18 may use it only with a parent or guardian, who must make any payment.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access to the admin area is password-protected and logged, and we keep only what we need. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Terms of use

By using AISkillWala you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

• AISkillWala is an online learning product. The price and what it includes are shown on the plan screen before you pay. The kit is for one person: do not share your login or resell the content.
• Courses, ebooks, templates and the Excel kit are for your own learning and work. You may use the templates in your own client work; you may not republish or sell our lessons.
• Some features use AI. AI answers can be wrong: check facts, numbers and names before you rely on them or send them to anyone.

No guarantee of jobs or income

Earning ideas and price ranges are rough estimates for beginners in India, not promises. Courses on tax, GST, money and fraud safety are general education, not legal, tax or financial advice; check the official government sites or a qualified professional for your case.

Fair use

• Do not use the AI features to make anything illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, deceptive or that copies someone else's work or identity (including deepfakes and fake reviews).
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.
• Third-party tools and links belong to their owners and follow their own terms and prices.

Our content

The lessons, design, text and software of AISkillWala belong to us. Your own work, practice answers and projects belong to you.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be shown in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Refund policy

The AI Kit is a digital product: courses, your personal kit, ebooks and AI tools open as soon as you pay. Because of this, purchases are not refundable, and the plan screen says so before you pay.

We will always fix payment problems. If a payment failed but money was taken, or you were charged twice, write to [email] or WhatsApp [number] from the number you used. Failed payments are usually returned by your bank on their own; a double charge is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 working days.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about the service, your data or a payment, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 15 days (and in any case within one month).
