AI app builders se aap saade shabdon mein app describe karte ho aur chalti screens, database aur login mil jaate hain, aksar minuton mein. Log ise "vibe coding" kehte hain. Ye asli aur kaam ka hai, par isse plan, test aur data ki suraksha ki zaroorat khatam nahi hoti. Ye lesson batata hai kaunsa tool kis kaam mein fit hai.
1Teen tarah ke tools
- AI app builders (prompt se poora app): Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit Agent, Vercel ka v0, Google AI Studio ka app builder aur Firebase Studio. Ye asli code likhte hain jo aksar export kar sakte ho.
- Data se no-code: Google AppSheet aur Glide Google Sheet ko phone app bana dete hain; team ke internal tools ke liye achhe.
- Visual builders: FlutterFlow, Bubble, Softr: drag-and-drop, zyada control, zyada seekhna.
Naam, free seemayein aur daam aksar badalte hain. Client kaam se pehle har tool ka abhi ka plan, credits aur code ka maalik kaun, check karo.
2Kahan fit, kahan nahi
- Achhe: trackers (fees, stock, leads, attendance), admin view wale booking aur enquiry forms, simple dashboards, quiz ya calculator apps, 5-50 logon ke internal tools, idea test karne ke prototypes.
- Dhyaan se: paisa, health records ya bahut personal data sambhalne wale apps; jo kabhi band na ho sake.
- Akele beginners ke liye nahi: banking/payment platforms, ek saath hazaaron users wale apps, niyamon se bandhe kaam. Anubhavi developer ko saath lo.
3Ye course vs website
- Website jaankaari dikhati hai (AI Website course ye sikhata hai).
- App logged-in users ke liye data save aur badalta hai: jodo, badlo, dhoondho, report.
- Agar kisi ko login nahi karna aur kuch save nahi hota, toh shayad website chahiye, app nahi.
Example: Maan lo: tuition teacher ki notebook
Maan lo Meena 60 students padhati hai aur notebook mein fees aur attendance likhti hai. Har mahine kuch baaki fees chhoot jaati hain. Website se kaam nahi chalega: use records jodne aur badalne hain aur jaldi "kisne nahi diya" dekhna hai. Students table, fees table aur simple dashboard wala AI-built app fit hai. Bhugtaan UPI pe hi rehta hai; app sirf record karta hai.
Aam galtiyan
- Jahan simple form aur sheet chal jaye wahan app banana.
- App ko kya karna hai jaanne se pehle tool chunna.
- Maan lena ki AI ne banaya toh surakshit aur tested hai.
Practice task
Aas-paas ke business se 3 app ideas likho. Har ek ke liye: kaun login karega, kya data save hoga, aur kaunsa tool type fit hai (AI builder, Sheet-based no-code, ya "bas website/form").
Jaldi se recap
- AI builders, Sheet-based no-code, visual builders.
- Achhe: trackers, bookings, dashboards, internal tools.
- Paisa, health aur bahut personal data mein dhyaan.
- Login nahi, data save nahi = website, app nahi.
AI app builders let you describe an app in plain words and get working screens, a database and login, often in minutes. People call this "vibe coding". It is real and useful, but it does not remove the need to plan, test and protect data. This lesson shows what kind of tool fits which job.
1Three kinds of tools
- AI app builders (prompt to full app): Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit Agent, v0 by Vercel, Google AI Studio's app builder and Firebase Studio. They write real code you can usually export.
- No-code from data: Google AppSheet and Glide turn a Google Sheet into a phone app; good for internal team tools.
- Visual builders: FlutterFlow, Bubble, Softr: drag-and-drop with more control, more learning.
Names, free limits and prices change often. Check each tool's current plan, credits and who owns the code before client work.
2Good fits and bad fits
- Good: trackers (fees, stock, leads, attendance), booking and enquiry forms with an admin view, simple dashboards, quiz or calculator apps, internal tools for 5-50 people, prototypes to test an idea.
- Careful: apps handling money, health records, or lots of personal data; anything that must never go down.
- Not for beginners alone: banking/payments platforms, apps for thousands of users at once, anything regulated. Bring in an experienced developer.
3This course vs a website
- A website shows information (the AI Website course covers that).
- An app stores and changes data for logged-in users: add, edit, search, report.
- If nobody needs to log in and nothing is saved, you probably need a website, not an app.
Example: Say: a tuition teacher's notebook
Say Meena teaches 60 students and tracks fees and attendance in a notebook. Every month she misses a few unpaid fees. A website would not help: she needs to add and update records and see "who has not paid" quickly. An AI-built app with a students table, fees table and a simple dashboard fits. Payments stay on UPI; the app only records them.
Common mistakes
- Building an app when a simple form and sheet would do.
- Choosing a tool before knowing what the app must do.
- Assuming AI-built means safe and tested.
Practice task
List 3 app ideas from businesses around you. For each, write who logs in, what data is saved, and which tool type fits (AI builder, Sheet-based no-code, or "just a website/form").
Quick recap
- AI builders, Sheet-based no-code, visual builders.
- Good: trackers, bookings, dashboards, internal tools.
- Careful with money, health and lots of personal data.
- No login, no saved data = website, not app.
